Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many video requests to your queue as you’d like.  Each request will be worked on and delivered one by one in order of priority.

If you need more than one project at a time, you can add additional memberships to have two or more request pipelines operating at the same time.

On average, most short form video requests are completed in two to three days or less. However, more complex or multi-step requests will take longer to complete.

Once you gain access to your Vidiio Production Board, you will see a list of estimated lead times for all sorts of tasks and projects you could have us create.

You might be surprised to hear this, but you’ll work directly with me, the founder, and my select crew of specialists.  With billions of organic views and 16 years experience, you are in good hands. 

We understand you may not have enough video work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Pausing feature is by the day, not hourly.  Once paused no further work can be done, so make sure that all projects or requests are 100% complete and approved before pausing. 

Pausing is for the month to month package only.

Most requests are custom created using the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and more.

Usually, our clients send us their awesome footage and voice overs to transform into stunning new videos. But hey, if you’re in the mood for some fresh, custom-shot footage, just add it on to your subscription, or we can whip up a custom price for you ad hoc.

We, of course, provide premium stock video, an amazing music library and custom motion gfx effects as part of every membership package.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the edit until you’re 100% satisfied.

That’s fine. If you have the monthly plan you can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional video needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying for your videos when you need them and not carrying the cost of a large salary.
